how long do your sessions last?

This is of course dependant on the individual, however personal training sessions tend to last between 45 - 60 minutes.
 

do you provide me with nutritional support?

The way I see it, there isn’t much point doing one without the other. Whether your goal is fat loss, strength or performance, nutrition plays a huge part in the success of your goals - so yes, I will. That being said, how I approach your nutrition is dependant on many things and is NOT a one-size-fits-all approach.
 

how often would we train each week?

Again, this depends on the individual and will be decided once we have discussed your goals and availability so we can make sure whatever it is we do is suitable for your lifestyle and needs. Most clients tend to train between 2-3 times per week with myself.
 

can i train with a friend/partner?

Yes, I would be happy to discuss this so please do get in touch. This of course will depend on each of your needs and whether we can make it work. I would always suggest that 1-to-1 personal training would be more beneficial but again (you’ll hear me say this a lot)…it depends.
 

where would the training take place?

My current workplace is at the personal training studio ‘Soulmate Wellness’ at The Foundry, Oldsall Lane in Salford.
