A bit about me

My best asset as a coach is that I can relate, I understand.

I grew up training and competing as a high-level gymnast and competed in every sport I could and I loved it.

When that came to an end, I lost my confidence and my sense of self-worth.

My physical and mental health wasn’t great, I didn’t feel myself anymore but I also couldn’t think of anything worse than going to the gym.

I didn’t compete in sports to be fit or healthy, I did it because I enjoyed it, so lifting weights just seemed boring and vein to me.

It wasn’t until I found myself in a marketing job for one of the world’s leading personal training brands that I could truly understand why people even went to the gym or lifted weights.

So I began my own lifting journey; learning what to do in the gym, how to move safely and the true empowerment that came from lifting heavy sh*t.

I fell in love and physically and mentally I had never been stronger.

Over time I realised that I wanted to help others realise the same but what I also wanted to show was that it didn’t need to take over your life for it to be affective.

I’ve been a personal trainer now for nearly 4 years and worked with hundreds of clients at some of the best facilities, alongside some of the best coaches; transforming their lives with strength training and healthy habits.

I work with those who are simply looking for support and guidance to feel confident, strong and healthy. Whether you’re at the beginning of your training journey or you’re looking to take your training to the next level, I’m here to help you feel Strong AF.
